Prairie Queen Bakery and Restaurant is a full line bakery offering a wide variety of delicious pastries, cakes, pies, breads, buns and sweet galore.

Amy Strouth owner, Purchased the bakery in September 2004 and has kept the Prairie Queen Legacy alive.  Taking pride in baking items from scratch just like "Grandma" used to do.  Many family members contribute to the success of Prairie Queen Bakery including Husband, Sons, Mother and Sisters!
